Notebin.ca

Write Markdown with a live preview and publish it as a clean, durable page.

Notebin.ca is a Markdown editor with a publish button. Type on one side, watch it render on the other, publish, and the note becomes a clean page at a link you can send.

While you write, a draft is kept in the browser, so a closed tab is survivable: the next visit offers to restore it or throw it away. Anonymous notes are unlisted and expire after thirty days. Signing in keeps them and allows selected notes to be published publicly. The REST API, the pbca command-line tool, and the Model Context Protocol server work here as well, on the same Pastebin.ca account.

It overlaps with Pastebin.ca, which stays the right choice for raw text and code. Notebin is for the notes where headings, lists, and links are part of the message.
